1. About Bingo Auto
Bingo Auto is a licensed vehicle sourcing company that assists customers in purchasing vehicles from international auctions, dealerships, wholesalers, and suppliers.
Our role is to:
• Source vehicles on behalf of customers.
• Advise customers during the purchasing process.
• Purchase approved vehicles on behalf of customers.
• Arrange shipping and importation.
• Facilitate customs clearance.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer.
2. Customer Responsibility
Before Bingo Auto purchases any vehicle, the customer is responsible for:
• Carefully reviewing all available photos.
• Reviewing the vehicle description.
• Reviewing the vehicle status information.
• Reviewing the vehicle history where available.
• Reviewing mileage.
• Asking any questions before authorizing the purchase.
Once the customer approves the purchase, the decision is considered final.
3. Salvage Vehicles
Most vehicles offered through our sourcing services are salvage vehicles.
A salvage vehicle may have:
• Accident damage
• Mechanical defects
• Cosmetic damage
• Electrical faults
• Missing components
The customer acknowledges that:
• Salvage vehicles are sold as-is.
• Hidden defects may exist.
4. Vehicle Availability
Bingo Auto serves customers across West Africa and sources vehicles from international auctions, dealerships, wholesalers, and suppliers.
Due to the high demand for our competitive pricing and sourcing services, vehicles displayed on our website may be purchased by other customers or become unavailable at any time.
The availability of a vehicle is not guaranteed until Bingo Auto has confirmed the purchase and received the required deposit or payment from the Customer.
Bingo Auto reserves the right to substitute the selected vehicle with a comparable alternative only with the Customer's prior approval.
Customers are therefore encouraged to make timely purchase decisions to avoid missing the opportunity to secure their preferred vehicle.
5. Vehicle Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are estimates unless otherwise stated. Actual costs may vary due to:
• Exchange rate fluctuations
• Shipping charges
• Port charges
• Customs duties
• Taxes
• Government levies
• Storage charges
• Inspection fees
A final invoice will be provided before purchase whenever possible.
6. Deposit
To commence the purchase process, customers may be required to pay a deposit. The deposit confirms the customer's intention to purchase the selected vehicle.
7. Reservation Deposit
To reserve your selected vehicle and secure the opportunity to purchase it, the Customer may pay a reservation deposit as indicated under that specific vehicle on the website or our app.
Upon receipt of the reservation deposit, Bingo Auto will temporarily hold the vehicle for the Customer for the agreed reservation period.
The Customer agrees to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the vehicle may be made available to other interested buyers.
A reservation deposit does not constitute full payment of the vehicle.
8. Payments
All payments must be made through the payment methods approved by Bingo Auto. Payments may include:
• Vehicle purchase price
• Shipping charges
• Import charges
• Documentation fees
• Service fees
• Customs charges
• Port charges
• Delivery charges
9. No Refund After Purchase
Once Bingo Auto successfully purchases a vehicle on behalf of a customer, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Payments made after the vehicle has been secured are generally non-refundable.
10. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to:
• Weather
• Shipping line schedules
• Port congestion
• Customs processing
• Government inspections
• Force majeure events
Bingo Auto is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
11. Customs Clearance
Bingo Auto's services primarily cover the sourcing, purchase, shipping, and importation of vehicles.
Customs clearance at the destination port is an optional service and is not automatically included unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Customer may choose to:
• Personally undertake the customs clearance process;
• Appoint a licensed third-party custom clearing agent; or
• Engage Bingo Auto to provide customs clearance services on the Customer's behalf.
Where the Customer elects to engage Bingo Auto for customs clearance, a separate service fee shall apply in addition to all applicable customs duties, taxes, port charges, statutory fees, and other government-imposed charges.
The applicable service fee will be communicated to the Customer before the commencement of the clearance process.
Bingo Auto shall not be responsible for any delays, costs, penalties, or losses arising from customs clearance conducted by the Customer or any third party appointed by the Customer.
12. Vehicle Condition
Customers understand that:
• Used vehicles have wear and tear.
• Salvage vehicles require varying levels of repair.
• Vehicle condition may differ from expectations due to transportation, storage, or previously undisclosed issues.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingo Auto shall not be liable for:
• Hidden defects
• Mechanical failures
• Electrical faults
• Manufacturer recalls
• Auction description inaccuracies
• Shipping delays
• Currency fluctuations
• Customs delays
• Acts of God
• Government actions
14. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Customer may cancel an order at any time before Bingo Auto commits to purchasing the selected vehicle, provided that any costs already incurred by Bingo Auto are paid by the Customer.
Once Bingo Auto has purchased the vehicle on the Customer's behalf, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled, as the purchase is final.
However, if the Customer still wishes to cancel after the vehicle has been purchased, Bingo Auto may, at its sole discretion, assist in remarketing and reselling the vehicle.
Any refund shall be subject to the successful resale of the vehicle and shall only be processed after the resale has been completed and Bingo Auto has received full payment from the new buyer.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any refund will be less all costs and expenses incurred by Bingo Auto, including but not limited to:
• Bank and payment processing charges;
• Storage charges;
• Marketing and administrative costs;
• Currency exchange losses (if any); and
• Any other reasonable expenses directly related to the purchase and resale of the vehicle.
Bingo Auto does not guarantee the time within which the vehicle will be resold and shall not be liable for any loss in the resale value of the vehicle.
15. Fraud Prevention
Bingo Auto reserves the right to:
• Verify customer identity.
• Request proof of payment.
• Reject suspicious transactions.
• Refuse service where fraud is suspected.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, and branding, remains the property of Bingo Auto unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
17. Privacy
Customer information will be handled in accordance with Bingo Auto's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ghana unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
19. Amendments
Bingo Auto reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
